Profile

My name is Alexander Schenk, I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering and from 2015 until 2020 I was working as a mechanical design engineer for Additive Manufacturing with focus on general industrial applications. My specific background from the heavy steel industry and ship building industry allows me to support partners in creating the link between conventional design approaches and the proper use of Additive Manufacturing. After being a design engineer for printed polymers, I have shifted to metal related projects. Now I am working for a popular german shipyard as a project coordinator.
