Before any protected content is shared, a typical NDA needs to be signed from both parties. Here also the topic: intellectual properties (IP) is clarified.

The technical (design) specification of the desired output as well as the relevant boundary conditions and required inputs will be defined. A major component of this document is the output file format. I am working with Solidworks 2021 and can provide following formats:

• .sldprt
• .step
• .stl

Note: certain designs require to work on .stl level and can not be transferred to .step format

If there is an agreement on the technical specification, you will receive an official quotation with a price and delivery time.

After I confirmed your order, I will perform the work as agreed and give you frequent status updates.

We all have a passion. Mine is to deliver a file as agreed and to the overall satisfaction of the client in the given time frame. A frequent status update will be provided and the final data transmitted password saved as a complete package via WeTransfer or any other desired solution.

As agreed in the quotation there will be a final invoice after you received the output files and confirmed its completeness.
